Lane, Mary Louise, 79, of Christiansburg, formerly of Highland Park, NJ, passed away Thursday, January 10, 2008.
She is survived by her daughter, Mary Kathleen (M.K.) Johnson and her partner, Doug Burton; and a granddaughter, Mara Patricia Johnson, both of Christiansburg.
A memorial service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, January 19, 2008 at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation, 1301 Gladewood Dr., Blacksburg. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions may be sent to the Local Chapter of Alcoholics Anonymous.
