Marvin Graham, Sr.

GRAHAM, MARVIN NILE, SR., age 87, of Christiansburg passed away Thursday, October 7, 2004.
He was retired from RAAP with 25 years of service. He was a life-long member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church where he served as Deacon, Sunday School Teacher and Trustee. He was also trustee of Den Hill Cemetery and an avid hunter.
Survivors include his wife, Evelyn Smith Graham of Christiansburg; daughters and sons-in-law, Aretta & Don Moran of Salem, Joyce & George Akers of Christiansburg, Shirley & Roger Ferguson of Salem; sons and daughters-in-law, Marvin, Jr. & Rebecca Graham of Christiansburg, Tony & Sharon Graham of Christiansburg; brother, Edgar O. Graham of Salem; 26 grandchildren, 46 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Friday evening at Horne Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, October 9 at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Burrell D. Baker and Rev. Ed Watkins officiating. Interment will follow in Den Hill Cemetery. The Graham Family is being served by Horne Funeral Service, Christiansburg. (382-2612)
