THOMPSON, MANDY IRENE MILLER, age 70, passed away Sunday, August 7, 2005 at her home in Christiansburg.
She has gone home to be with her Heavenly Father and family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gilbert Allen and Ella Hamblin Miller and her husband, William S. Thompson.
She leaves to cherish her memory, a daughter and son-in-law, Vickie & John Fant of Christiansburg; son, Ralph Thompson of Floyd; grandchildren, Kimberly Sweet & Husband, Chris, Beth Oliver, Zachery Thompson; great grandchildren, Courtney Harris and Christopher Sweet, II; sister, Barbara Robinson of Pulaski; brothers and sisters-in-law, James & JoAnn Miller of Roanoke; Gene & Lena Miller of Knoxville, TN; very special friend, Phyllis Neice; many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 9 at the Cambria Pentecostal Holiness Church. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 10 at the Cambria Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Jerry Shephard officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Christiansburg. The Thompson Family is being served by Horne Funeral Service, Christiansburg, (382-2612).
