BARNETT, LILLIE VIRGINIA AKERS, age 90, of Pulaski and formerly of Christiansburg, passed away Thursday, January 26, 2006.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Trigg Barnett. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Wayne & Mitzi Barnett; daughters & sons-in-law, Thelma Barnett Harrison & husband, Asa; Linda Barnett Spivey & husband, David; Bessie ?Tootie? Epperly & husband, Roy; grandchildren, A. Casey Harrison, Ellen S. Spivey, Kellie Harrison Huffman.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 28 at the Horne Funeral Home in Christiansburg. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 29 at the Cambria Baptist Church with Dr. Thomas Harvey and Rev. Olen Gardner officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery. The Barnett Family is being served by Horne Funeral Service, (382-2612).
