Joyce R. Light, 84 of Christiansburg, passed away on June 14, 2022. She was preceded in death by her parents, Martin and Ruth Reed; and her beloved husband, Archie Light.
Joyce is survived by her son, Jackie Akers (Ellen); step-children, Joyce Harris (Winfred) and family, David Light (Terry) and family; grandchild, Tracy Bartley (Jason); great-grandchildren, Kane Whitlock and Brooke Whitlock; as well as her cat, Sky.
Visitation is Friday, June 17, 2022, from 1-2 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home, with the Funeral Service to begin at 2 p.m. in the Chapel. Interment will be private.
