Jonathan James Akers, 53, of Union Valley, Riner, VA, went home to be with his Lord on Monday, May 30, 2016.
Jonathan is survived by his parents, James and Sarah Corell Akers; sister, Anne Kinder and husband William; niece, Brittany Kinder; great-niece, Jazmine; and very special friend, Debbie Smith.
The Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2016, at 2 p.m. at Corell Family Cemetery, 638 Union Valley Road, Riner with Pastor Shake Smith officiating.
