CAIN, JOHN EDWIN SR., age 81, of Christiansburg, passed away at his home, Tuesday, February 6, 2007.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Edna Woolwine Cain and his son, Larry W. Cain. He is survived by a son, John E. Cain, Jr.; two granddaughters, Cassandra ?Cricket? Cain and friend, Darrell Carr; and Stephanie Cain Willis; two great grandchildren, Adam Morrison and Kaylee Willis and his loyal friend, Dude the dog.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions be made to the charity of your choice. Friends may call from 12:00 until 5:00 p.m. Thursday at Horne Funeral Home. A private graveside service will be held. The Cain Family is being served by Horne Funeral Service, 382-2612.
