Jerry Robertson

Jerry Edwin Robertson, 70, of Christiansburg, passed away February 3, 2014, at Lewis-Gale Montgomery Hospital.
Jerry was born December 3, 1943 in Montgomery, West Virginia, the son of the late Cammie Craft Robertson and James Robertson; the step-son of the late Jason Gore and Janie Robertson. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 48 years, Billie Mullins Robertson; son, Jeffrey Robertson and his wife, Sharon; and their daughter and great joy of Jerry’s life, Jenna. Also surviving are Jerry’s brother, Jimmy and his wife, Joann; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Jerry had retired after serving 32 years as student systems analyst for Virginia Tech and proudly remained a lifetime Hokie. He enjoyed bowling and, in his later years, loving spending time watching trains and planes with his granddaughter, Jenna.
In keeping with Jerry’s wishes, no memorial service is planned. His family will welcome visitors at the family home.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Christiansburg Rescue Squad or to the charity of your choice.
