James Houston Gordon Sr.

James Houston Gordon, Sr., 86, of Christiansburg, passed away on May 13, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Lou Gordon; as well as his first wife and the mother of their children, June Buchanan Gordon.
James is survived by his wife, Jane Grim Gordon; daughters, Sandra Gabbert (John), and Carol Aliff (Steve); son, Jim Gordon (Francine); grandchildren, Erin Gabbert, Lauren Gabbert, Meghan Gabbert, and Sean Aliff; step-children, Myran Lucas Moore and her family, and Nathan Lucas and his family.
The family will receive friends on Friday, May 15, 2015, from 5-8 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2015, at 11 a.m. in the Horne Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Juniece Fillingham officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery, Christiansburg.
