SCAGGS, Hiley Irene, 91 of Christiansburg, died Monday, December 1, 2009.
She was preceded in death by her husband; (Andy) Bud Scaggs, daughter; Kitty Rae Scaggs, brothers; Ernest Altizer and Arvil Altizer and one sister; Lorene Sutphin.
She leaves to cherish her memory are nieces; Darlene Nester, Earnestine Altizer and her nephew; Rusty Sutphin.
The family will receive friends at The Horne Funeral Home Friday, December 4, 2009 fron 12 noon – 2 p.m. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. in the Horne Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Christopher Yopp officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery, Christiansburg.
In lieu of flowers the family request that memorial contributions be made to Edgemont Christian Church.
