Hazel Hamblin

Hamblin, Hazel Betty Richardson, 81, of Christiansburg, passed away April 15, 2008. Born July 4, 1926, she worked at Burlington Industries for over 30 years. Prior to that she had worked at Christiansburg High School, with her husband, and at Radford Arsenal during WWII. Mrs. Hamblin was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd H. Hamblin. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Johnnie Frazier, of Pembroke; son and daughter-in-law, Wayne and Sandra Bragg, of Shawsville; daughter and son-in-law, Joyce and Robert Van Natta, of Newport News; 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, April 17th at the Horne Funeral Service. A graveside will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 18th in Sunset Cemetery.
