GUTHRIE, Rose Marie, 49 of Salem and formerly of Christiansburg, died Wednesday, July 1, 2009.
She was preceded in death by her father; Gordon “Jack” Guthrie. She is survived by her son; Brandon Gabriel Guthrie, Fiancé; Rick Johnson both of Salem, Mother; Sadie A. Guthrie of Christiansburg, sisters and brothers-in-law; Jackie Guthrie, Brenda Chumbley, Donna and Larry Rush, Angie and Philip Beasley all of Christiansburg. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, July 3, 2009 at Sunset Cemetery, with Rev. Donald Peters officiating. No public visitation will be held.
