MILLS, GLENNA JEAN PERDUE, age 70, of Elliston, died peacefully Thursday, August 26, 2004.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Mary Perdue, and three brothers. Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Thomas Clinton Mills; Sons, Vernon (Debbie), Andy (Tammy) and Bruce (Torri); daughters Rita (George), Jackie, Teresa (Mike), Connie (Raymond), and Becky (Curtis); eighteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren; brother, Howard, and sisters, Elizabeth and Ruby.

The family will receive friends from 1 until 3 and 5 until 7 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 29, at the Horne Funeral Home, Christiansburg. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 30, at the Halls United Methodist Church conducted by Pastor Bill Smith and Pastor Tim Gearheart. Interment will follow in the New Mills Family Cemetery, Bradshaw Road, Elliston. The family request, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Shawsville Rescue Squad, Box 14, Shawsville, VA 24162. The Mills family is being served by Horne Funeral & Cremation Service, Christiansburg, VA (382-2612)
