BLUE, GLADA GEARHEART, age 73, of Radford. On February 19, 2007, God decided he needed another angel so he called Glada Gearheart Blue home.
She was the daughter of the late Thomas and Cora Gearheart. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Aaron Blue; brothers, Clinton Gearheart and James Gearheart; sisters, Nancy Graves and Lillian Walker; and two dogs, Peeper and Lacy. She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Michelle ?Mitzi? Gordon of Radford; her brother and sister-in-law, T. G. and Mary Chapman Gearheart of Radford; granddaughter, Courtney Gordon of Radford; two loving companions--her dogs, Buddy and Toto and many special friends. Glada touched many people?s hearts and lives and she will be greatly missed.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 22, 2007 at the Horne Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m. with officiating Rev. Sebert Rorrer officiating.
