GARNAND, FREDDIE LLOYD, age 54, of Christiansburg passed away Wednesday, December 22, 2004, at his home.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Roy and Willie Wirt Garnand, sister, Catherine Garnand Scaggs and brother, Robert Garnand. Survivors include his wife, Debra Epperly Garnand; sons, Matthew and Mark all of Christiansburg; brothers and sisters-in-law, Don & Pat Garnand of Colorado, Douglas (Mac) and Ellen Garnand of Riner, Jimmy & Pat Garnand of Marion, William (Bill) & Vivian Garnand of Christiansburg and Henry Ray Garnand of Christiansburg; sister, Dorothy Garnand Sautia of Newport News; sister-in-law, Arlene Hoover Garnand of Vinton; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Reginald Ray and Edith Craighead Epperly of Christiansburg. Several nieces and nephews also survive him.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. Thursday evening at the Horne Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 24th at the Horne Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Fred Brugger officiating. Interment will follow in North Fork Cemetery.
