Frances Patton Rutherford, 62, of Pilot, VA, formally of Caretta, WV, passed away on Wednesday, September 7, 2011.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frances & Otis Rose; and a twin brother, Harry Lee Patton.
She is survived by her daughter, Jessica Turner; her best friend and sister, Brenda Lyons; siblings, Sharon Gail Patton, Rita Perdue, Otis Ray Patton, Dwana Palmer, and Charles Allen Patton; and her dog, Oreo.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2011, at 3:00 pm at Ferrum College.
