Frances Elizabeth Lovern

Frances Elizabeth Lovern, 71, of Christiansburg, passed away on December 1, 2014.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Onie Martin; husband, Melvin Lovern; son, Clifton Lovern; grandsons, Joshua Blevins, Daniel Harney, and Shaun Whittaker; and great-granddaughter, Skylan Amos. She is survived by her sons, Donnie Lovern and wife, April, Roger Lovern and wife, Jennifer, Calvin Lovern, and wife, Kimberly; daughters, Elizabeth Twiggs and boyfriend, Wally Harney, Shirley Nester and husband, Eddie; grandchildren, Whitney Blevins Pratt, Ashley Nester and boyfriend, Nathan Hall, Felicia Lovern, Abigail Lovern, Tara Hinkley; great-grandchildren, Isabelle Whittaker, Wyatt Hylton, Mollie Blevins, Matthew Hall, Waylen Pratt; brother, Carl Martin; sister, Juanita Kittinger; special friend, Norma Edwards; as well as other extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 4, 2014, from 12-2 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will begin at 2 p.m. in the Chapel, with Pastor Wayne Poston and Pastor Jim Walker officiating. Interment will follow in North Fork Cemetery.
