Berry, Frances Ann Shumaker, 55, of Christiansburg, VA, passed away on Monday, December 13, 2010.
She is survived by her husband, George; daughter and son-in-law, Cynthia and Larry Bowman, of Christiansburg, VA; son and daughter-in-law, James and Amanda Berry, of Blacksburg, VA; son, Thomas Berry, of Hillsville, VA; step-daughters, Leann Cook, of Riner, VA, Melissa Pettry, of West Virginia, Shawnee Woolwine, of Riner, VA; sister, Sue Gallimore, of Christiansburg, VA; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5-8p.m. on Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at the Horne Funeral Home. A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, December 16, 2010 at the Horne Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jim Flaugher officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Cemetery, Christiansburg, VA.
In lieu of flowers the family request contributions to be made to help offset funeral expenses.
