McDaniel, Faye Bolden, of Blacksburg, VA, passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2010.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Grady Bolden and Florence Lamb Toler; sister, Vonnie Bolden and brother, David Toler. Also preceding her in death are her special aunts and uncle whom she considered her second parents; Belle & Howard Nunn and Janie Jones.
She is survived by a son, Ricky McDaniel; daughter and favorite son-in-law, Kim and Joe Thibodeaux; grandchildren, Brandon, Sean, Kayla and Dakota McDaniel, Katie, Trey and Justin Collins, Trent and Tracy Thibodeaux; great grandchild; Audrea Amaya McDaniel, brothers, Guy and Pam Toler, Greensboro, NC, Johnny and Rena Bolden, Reidsville, NC; sisters, Rachel Jewell, of Knoxville, TN and Carolyn Cassidy, of Lynchburg, VA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and special friends, Charlotte McDaniel and Marion Snuffer.
The family will receive friends from 5 p.m.- 8 p.m. on Friday, February 19, 2010 at the Horne Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2010 at 11 a.m. at the Horne Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Virgil McHone, Pastor Ron Buchanan and Pastor Charles Dalton officiating. Interment will follow at Den Hill Cemetery.
