JONES, Ethan Malachi, infant child of Gary Wayne and Whitney Proffit Schiffman Jones, went to rest in the loving arms of Jesus on Saturday, March 3, 2007.
Along with his parents Ethan is also survived by his brothers; Austen Schiffman and Alex Schiffman both of the home, his maternal grandparents; Doug and Dianne Proffit of Shawsville, paternal grandparents; Ronald and Muriel Jones, his paternal great grandfather; Luther Jones all of New Castle. Ethan is also survived by his aunts and uncles; Mike and Donna Jones of New Castle, Wayne and Sharon Proffit, Steve and Vickie Proffit, and their son Tyler, all of Christiansburg. A great aunt; Shelia Switzer of New Castle also survives him.
The family will receive friends at The Horne Funeral Home on Saturday, March 10th from 12 Noon ? 2 p.m. and a chapel service will follow at 2 p.m. with Pastor Virgil N. McHone of Seneca Baptist Church, Elliston officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery, Christiansburg.
