Eldred 'Shade' Radford

Eldred "Shade" Radford was born in Laurel Fork, Va on November 9, 1924 and joined his wife, Allie Marie Radford in heaven on December 6, 2016.

He was preceded in death by his parents William A. and Eunice G. Radford, brothers Wayne, Eliza, and Will Radford and sisters Mary, and Tootsie. He is survived by siblings Tom, Junior, Raymond, Penny, and Sue Radford; children William Gordon and wife Shelia, D. Jean Moye and husband Dan; 6 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Shade was always the first to lend a helping hand and lived his life as a testament to his salvation found in Jesus.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2016, from 10-11 a.m. with the Funeral Service to begin at 11 a.m. in the Chapel. Pastor Russell Gordon will officiate the service and interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
