Danny Ray Wickline

Danny Ray Wickline, 67, of Shawsville, passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Elizabeth Wickline; and brother, Ernest L. ‘Buddy’ Wickline.

Danny is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Debbie Wickline; daughters, Denyse (Kenny) Turner, Tracy (Eugene) Mills; grandchildren, Stephenie Wyatt, Joey (Hillary) Leech, Josh Leech, Kasie Mills, Ethan Mills; great-grandchildren, Leah Wyatt, Taelen Mills, Coltin Hypes, Brixton Leech, Sadie Ann Leech; mother-in-law, Geneva Allen; sisters, Mildred Raines, Mary (Jeff) Welcher; brother, Bob (Hazel) Wickline; special niece and special nephew, Amanda Donathan, Ronnie Raines; special young friends, Trent and Sage Crawford; dog, Chipper; as well as numerous friends, in-laws, nieces, nephews, and other extended family.

Special thanks to Dr. Heather Brooks, Blue Ridge Cancer Center (Montgomery), doctors and nurses at Lewis Gale Hospital Montgomery, Andy Crawford, Tyson and Paris, and Doug Sisson.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 10, 2016, from 1-2 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. The Memorial Service will be held directly after in the Chapel, with Rev. Rick Collins officiating. Interment will follow in Peterstown Cemetery.
