Christopher Jason "Chris" Custer

Custer, Christopher Jason “Chris”, 43 of Christiansburg, VA, passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2020. He was preceded in death by his father, Alfred Junior Custer and a brother Ronnie Custer.
Chris is survived by his mother, Zelina Custer; sister; Arleta C. Early; brother, Junior Custer; sister, Donna C. Early and husband, John; numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews as well as many other family and friends.
Chris courageously dealt with his paralysis since he was 19 years old. He was very much loved and will be greatly missed.
The family suggests that memorial donations be made in his name to St. Judes Childrens Hospital.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 from 3:00 until 5:00 pm at Horne Funeral Home with a funeral service to immediately follow in the Chapel with Pastor Jason Aker officiating.
