Chiquetta Criner, 63, of Christiansburg, made her journey home to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on March 7, 2012.
She was born on March 10, 1948, in Williamson, WV, the daughter of the late George Thomas Wilkerson, II and Mae Phillips Wilkerson Rutherford. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Anna Lois McClain, Fannie Jo Hamilton and Karen Kay German; and brother, George Thomas Wilkerson, III.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Leigh Ann Atkins & husband, Chris; granddaughter, Caitlin Brooke Atkins; her loving son, Zachary Aaron Collins; grandson, Marshall Aaron Collins; and many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
Please join her family in a celebration of her life on Friday, March 16, 2012, from 9-11 am at Horne Funeral Home, with a memorial service to follow at 11 am. Rev. Richard Kingrea will officiate the memorial service.
