Cecil Delmas Phillips, 80 of Christiansburg, passed away on February 18, 2021. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Martha C. Phillips. He is survived by his son, Clifford Phillips (Robin); three daughters; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and special nephew, Jerry Stoneking (JR).
A celebration of life will be planned at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Cecil’s name to Montgomery County Humane Society, 1183 Flanagan Dr., Christiansburg VA 24073.
