Bradford Craig McCormick

Bradford Craig McCormick, 54, of Radford left his mothers arms on March 17, 2016 and into the arms of Jesus to be presented to God and is now safe and pain free with his new glorified body. He worked at Federal Mogul for 25 years before retiring due to diabetic complications. Brad was preceded in death by his father, Hugh T. McCormick; and grandparents Allen T. and Lethie Lytton Overstreet.
He is survived by his mother, Phyllis O. McCormick, Radford; sister, Rebecca McCormick Layne, Eastern Shore of VA; daughter and son-in-law, Michelle and Kenny Light, Christiansburg; grandsons, Camden Mielnicki, Roanoke, and McKinley Light, Christiansburg; nephew, Justin M. McKinney of Tampa, FL; special friends Rick Maitri, Roanoke and Lawrence Mielnicki, Roanoke. Each of us have been touched and blessed with the brilliant mind of Brad in some large or small way. There will be a private Memorial Service officiated by Pastor Bobbie Henley. Arrangements with Horne Funeral Service.
