Smith, Beatrice Wirt, 84, of Shawsville, VA, passed away on Tuesday, November 23, 2010. Mrs. Smith was a member of the Mountain Top Mission Church, Christiansburg
She was preceded in death by her parents; Arthur Wirt and Ocie May Spradlin. She is survived by her brother, James Wirt and his wife, Ella; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 2p.m.-3p.m, on Friday, November 26, 2010 at the Horne Funeral Home. A funeral service will be conducted at 3 p.m., Friday, November 26, 2010 at the Horne Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Virgil McHone and Pastor Ron Buchanan officiating. Interment will follow at the Spradlin Family Cemetery.
