JUSTICE, APRIL D., 28, of Pilot, VA, passed away on Monday, April 18, 2011.
She was born in Pike County, Kentucky, on December 18, 1982, the daughter of Billy and Debbie Justice.
She was a 2001 graduate of Auburn High School.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Vernon and Genevieve Justice; an aunt, Shirley Hackney; uncles, Ivan Hackney and Gary Looney and special cousins, Matthew Hackney, Nick and Jonathan Justice.
She is survived by her parents, Billy and Debbie Justice; one sister, Brittany Justice; maternal grandparents, James & Ruth Matney; special grandparent, Erma Justice; uncles and aunts, Bob & Virginia Justice, Ronald & Nell Justice, Jimmy & Patricia Justice, Larry & Vicky Justice, Michael & Brenda Keene; aunt, “Rennie” Wanda Looney, Tracy & Pamela (her second mom) Estep, and a very special uncle, James (Jamey) & Corina Matney. She is also survived by many special cousins, Lindsay (Sissy), Lisa, Jason, William, Bobby V, Chris, Cindy, Missy, Karly, Kelli, Matthew, Chase, and Blake; and a very special friend, Shane Francis. April also had many other special cousins and friends.
She joined the Union Valley Pentecostal Holiness Church on February 17, 1991.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 21, 2011, from 5-8 pm at Horne Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Friday, April 22, 2011, at 2 pm at the Horne Funeral Home Chapel, with the Reverend Buford Linkous officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Cemetery, Christiansburg.
