Ana Teresa Gil, 59 of Blacksburg, passed away on Monday, August 26, 2013.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Celina; and her brother, Joel Brito. She is survived by her husband Joseph Gil; son, Michael Gil and wife Karen of Christiansburg; granddaughter, Isabella Marie Gil; father, Gerardo Brito; brothers, Gerardo and Ruben; as well as sisters, Rebecca and Farah.
Ana was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother and enjoyed taking care of her family.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 29, 2013, from 6-8 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Friday, August 30th at 11 a.m. in the Horne Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Travis Walker officiating. Entombment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
