ALTIZER, ALVIE CLARK, age 61, of Floyd passed away Monday, December 20, 2004 at his home.
He was the loving husband of Patricia Brammer Altizer; loving father to Craig Altizer & his wife Debbie; and Scott Altizer; grandchildren, Austin, Danielle and Skyler.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Wednesday evening, December 22 at the Horne Funeral Home. Memorial services will follow at 6:00 p.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Chuck Housel officiating.
The family wishes to express their thanks to Dr. Harry McCoy and his staff for the care and direction given, and a very special thanks to Sherry Reed,RN, Carilion Hospice.
