She was preceded in death by husband, Charlie 'C.E.' Rutherford; and son, Joey Rutherford. Alice is survived by her children, David Rutherford (Shelby), Tim Rutherford (Bonnie), Annie Smith (Leroy); 11 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
