Walter Gray Woolwine, 89, of Christiansburg went to be with his Lord peacefully in his home Saturday, February 10, 2018. He was retired after many years with Federal Mogul and served his Country as a Sergeant in the United States Army during the Korean War.

The family would like to thank all the caregivers that spent time and cared for our ‘Main Man’, Marie and Belinda from Gentivia and Ashley, Colleen, Kim and Lori from Good Samaritan Hospice.

The family will hold a celebration of life privately. To honor his life we suggest a quiet country drive, a day at home with loved ones or enjoying watching the Hokies as a way of to pay tribute to Walter. In lieu of flowers please consider contributions to Good Samaritan Hospice of the NRV, 1160 Moose Dr, Christiansburg, VA 24073.
