Marion Randolph Phillips

Marion Randolph Phillips, 59, of Radford, passed away on Wednesday, March 15, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Cline and Mary Magdaline Phillips.

Marion is survived by his wife, Tonya Bishop Phillips, daughters, Allison Elaine Bishop, Riley Elizabeth Phillips; siblings, Allen Phillips and wife Darlene, and Phyllis Rich and husband Dan; nieces and nephews, Amanda Rich, Katia Phillips, Brandon and Bryan Rich, Mark and Volodymir Phillips; aunts, Burnita Dailey, Leah Gillie, Agnes Phillips, and Eva Phillips; sister-in-law, Melanie Bishop; and mother-in-law, Vicki Akers Painter.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 18, 2017, from 6-8 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, March 19, 2017, at 1 p.m. in the Horne Funeral Home Chapel, with Blake Griffith officiating. Interment will follow at Phillips Cemetery.
